Questions, bugs or ideas: [email protected]. Include your player name if it's about a game.
Report a player
If a player's name is offensive, or they're abusing the game, use Report next to the board on the website: it opens an email to us with the game and the player filled in. Or email [email protected] with their name and roughly when you played. We'll look at it within a couple of days, and rename or ban players who break the fair-play terms.
My rating or name is gone
Your player lives on your device: in the browser's storage for this site, or in the iPhone's Keychain. Clearing the site's data, or a new browser, starts a new player. On iPhone, restoring from a backup brings your player back.
A game ended strangely
A player who disconnects has a minute to come back, and a player who doesn't move for five minutes loses. If the server restarts, games in progress end without a result and ratings aren't changed.
